Gardens of the Pros: Prairie Two Ways

The fascinating home landscapes of Dean MacMorris and Jack Pizzo were featured in the Gardens of the Pros series in ILCA’s magazine, “The Landscape Contractor.” Both rural properties feature prairies but each site is quite different. One includes a Civil War-era house, barn, outbuildings, borders and containers filled with colorful annuals. The other features a new house surrounded by more than 40 acres of restored prairie.
